Both have interesting stems. The blue one as incorrect wheels(steel rims).

PreWar Schwinn Paramount frame set Red Sold
52cm seattube(measured center to center)
54cm seattube (center to top of seat lug)
57cm toptube(center to center).
Schwinn Paramount
Professionally repainted by Waterford bicycles, The old factory that built Paramounts for many years.
never built up since repaint. Paint is mint minus the rear dropouts, looks like it had a wheel installed? but would be visible once the bike is built up.
Just frame and fork.
frame is straight. no dents or misalignment. No cracks or damage.
We do have some early Paramount parts inquire.
