Indoor Velodrome to be built in Philly Suburb, Maybe

Coatesville, PA to have the first indoor Velodrome on the East Coast. Well, they are talking about it again. It would be a great way to get more people into track racing, and get some of these Fixies off the street and to good use. They have proposed it a couple times, maybe this time it will stick.
Like I have always said- "you have to put it out there, for them to put it in there." Never seemed more appropriate.
