They are 25.4 clamp diameter and are 38CM wide (CTC). These are show quality and would be perfect for your period track / pista project.

     What's in the box, you ask. Well let me tell you. it is a NOS Dunelt camel back frame 3 speed coaster bike! The hub is stamped 1970, so that pretty much dates it. Never assembled, has been in storage for 44 years! Here is your opportunity to own a nice time capsule piece. 18" frame would be suitable for someone of medium height. 5' 6" ish. Chrome is pristine, paint is perfect, and all the original hardware is there. Cost is $400.00 unassembled, AS IS. $500.00 if we assemble it and overhaul all the bearing assemblies, comes with our standard shop guarantee if we do the work.
